Financial Planning & Analysis Intern, Fall 2026 | Disney Experiences
The Tone:
This is an internship at Disney Experiences, located in Anaheim, CA. The Disneyland Resort Operation Finance team, a key part of the domestic Disney Experiences segment, oversees financial and business operations to ensure the magic continues for guests. In this role, you will gain valuable, real-world experience, developing a deep understanding of the key performance drivers that shape our business. You will apply strong analytical skills to directly support data-driven decision-making and actively contribute to problem-solving initiatives within a collaborative setting. This position offers exposure to a professional environment while helping to identify concrete opportunities to drive business results.

• Tech Stack: Power BI, Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SAP, Power Query, VBA, SQL, Tableau.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Analyze: Collaborate cross-functionally to understand key business drivers and deliver data, analytics, and insights that inform decision-making.
• Report: Generate reporting and ad-hoc data analyses to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities across multiple lines of business.
• Visualize: Create and maintain data visualization dashboards using Power BI or similar tools to deliver insights and enable internal efficiencies.
• Optimize: Contribute to the development and optimization of data processes and workflows.
The Must-Haves
• Background: College Junior or Senior preferred, currently enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree in Analytics, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience: Strong analytical skills demonstrated through experience in data collection, analysis, and reporting to drive insights and outcomes. An understanding of statistical modeling techniques and forecasting methodologies.
• Skills: Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, showcasing strong technical capabilities across the Microsoft Office suite. Strong organizational skills coupled with meticulous attention to detail and data accuracy. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, crucial for building relationships, collaborating effectively, and contributing positively to a team-oriented environment. A proactive self-starter with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and deliver results consistently.
• Bonus: Prior experience developing impactful presentation decks to communicate insights, summarize analyses, and support business recommendations. Prior experience with tools such as SAP, Power Query or VBA, SQL, Tableau or Power BI.
