What You’ll Actually Do
• Accounting Records: Maintain precise accounting records and prepare necessary journal entries to ensure data integrity.
• Asset Management: Oversee fixed assets, including tooling accounting, performing reconciliations, and managing capital expenditures.
• Financial Operations: Support comprehensive month-end close processes, conduct variance analysis, and contribute to budgeting and forecasting initiatives.
• Reconciliations: Perform thorough bank reconciliations and balance sheet account reconciliations to verify financial accuracy.
• Reporting & Projects: Analyze costs, prepare detailed financial reports using advanced Excel, and assist with audits and special accounting projects.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor Degree in Finance or Accounting; ability to work directly for the employer.
• Experience: 3+ years of finance or accounting experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Skills: Advanced Excel proficiency, accounting record maintenance, fixed asset management, financial reporting, and reconciliation expertise.
