What You’ll Actually Do
• Prepare Forecasts: Assist in the comprehensive preparation of financial forecasts.
• Support Financial Close: Facilitate monthly financial close activities, including preparing journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analyses.
• Conduct Financial Analysis: Prepare detailed revenue and cost analyses, including monthly revenue gain/loss schedules.
• Monitor Performance: Prepare and review financial performance reports as requested by leadership.
• Engage Leadership: Collaborate directly with the senior leadership team to manage monthly reporting and the multi-year planning and forecasting process.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Healthcare Administration, or Engineering; or a Bachelor’s degree in another field with relevant healthcare experience.
• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a related financial field.
• Skills: Financial analysis, financial statement preparation, budgeting and forecasting, revenue and sales analysis, and data analysis.
