This is an early career role at Built, located remotely. Built is an AI-powered platform that transforms real estate finance, development, and management. It began by streamlining construction draw management for lenders and has expanded into a comprehensive operating system for the industry. The FP&A Analyst provides critical financial intelligence, including forecasting, modeling, and analytical frameworks, to help the CEO, CFO, and business leaders understand performance, allocate capital, and make confident decisions in a complex, multi-product SaaS environment.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Report Generation: Prepare monthly financial reports, variance analyses, and management reporting packages for decision-making.
• Financial Modeling: Maintain and update financial models, budgets, and forecasts using standard templates and processes.
• Data Management: Pull and organize financial data from systems like NetSuite, Planful, and Salesforce to support reporting and analysis.
• Business Analysis: Conduct basic research and build analyses to answer specific business questions under senior guidance.
• AI Utilization: Utilize AI tools to accelerate data organization, report preparation, and analytical documentation tasks.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience: 0–2 years of finance, accounting, or analytical experience, including relevant internships.
• Skills: Excel proficiency, strong attention to detail and accuracy, clear written and verbal communication, curiosity for the SaaS business model and financial decisions.
• Bonus: Experience with NetSuite, Salesforce, or financial planning tools (Planful, Adaptive, Anaplan).
