The ideal candidate will analyze opportunities from multiple perspectives, ensuring decisions align with the interests of the end-customer, business owner, and corporate finance objectives.

What You’ll Actually Do

• Skills: Demonstrated proficiency in leading complex financial analyses and models to inform senior management decisions. Strong research capabilities for evaluating industries, potential partners, and investment strategies. Ability to drive strategic thinking and contribute to strategy formation. Expertise in supporting critical due diligence processes across corporate transactions.
• Bonus: Candidates with 3-4 years of M&A transactional experience are preferred, indicating a depth of practical experience in the corporate development space.
