The Tone:
This is a 9-week Summer Analyst internship at JPMorganChase, located in Chicago, IL. JPMorganChase is one of the oldest financial institutions, offering financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses, and prominent corporate, institutional, and government clients. This role allows participants to develop broad, transferable business skills and gain exposure to senior stakeholders, working on meaningful projects that influence real business outcomes for the global businesses.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Analytics: Explore data to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities, then translate analysis into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Decision Support: Provide support for decision-making through structured problem solving across various initiatives.
• Project Delivery: Support the execution of projects that drive business priorities, coordinating across teams to ensure work stays on track and aligned.
• Process Optimization: Analyze workflows to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities, supporting initiatives that enhance processes, systems, or ways of working.
• Impact Implementation: Help implement changes that lead to sustainable and measurable improvements in business operations.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Student pursuing a Bachelor’s (B.A., B.S.) or a 5th-year Master’s (M.A./M.S.) degree, with an expected graduation of December 2027 or June 2028.
• Experience: Demonstrated leadership through academic, extracurricular, or professional experiences.
• Skills: Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills; ability to synthesize complex information and translate data into clear, actionable insights; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; demonstrated interest in data, analytics, AI, and emerging technologies with a digital-first mindset.
• Bonus: Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale.
