The TL;DR

• Mission: Ensure accurate and timely monthly general ledger closing through precise accounting activities, including revenue and expenditure management, and related reporting requirements.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Account Analysis & Reconciliation: Support the preparation and review of monthly account analyses and reconciliations.
• Journal Entry Processing: Prepare and enter journal entries for the month-end close, including accruals, amortizations, and adjustments.
• General Ledger Closing: Assist with the monthly general ledger closing process.
• Budget Analysis: Perform analysis for the annual budget process.
• Financial Statement Interpretation: Establish, interpret, and analyze complex accounting records of financial statements.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Completed sophomore year of college.
• Experience: Hands-on experience utilizing Excel and data analysis tools such as PowerBi, Celonis, or Tableau.
• Skills: Proficiency in Excel, practical experience with data analysis tools, and familiarity with AI tools.
• Bonus: Familiarity with SAP.
