What You’ll Actually Do
Financial Reporting: Complete routine and ad hoc monthly financial analysis and reporting to support ongoing operations.
Data Interpretation: Collect, analyze, and interpret relevant financial data to aid in critical decision-making processes.
Process Participation: Participate in key financial processes, which may include the annual/quarterly forecasting process, capital review process, labor review process, or month-end close.
Issue Resolution: Generate and interpret standard financial reports, alerting appropriate teams to potential issues, and investigating financial errors to propose suitable solutions.
Presentation Support: Assist in the preparation of clear and concise financial presentations using a variety of formats, displays, charts, graphs, and models for leaders and stakeholders.

The Must-Haves
Background: Bachelor’s Degree, Associate Degree, or High School Diploma, providing a foundational understanding for an entry-level professional role in finance.
Experience: 0 years of experience with a Bachelor’s Degree, 2 years of related experience with an Associate Degree, or 4 years of related experience with a High School Diploma.
Skills: Proven ability in financial data analysis, report generation and interpretation, variance identification and data reconciliation, investigation of financial errors, and support for financial system utilization and basic finance terminology.
