What You’ll Actually Do
• Analysis & Reporting: Complete routine and ad hoc monthly financial analysis and reporting for strategic insights.
• Data Interpretation: Collect, analyze, and interpret relevant financial data to aid in critical decision-making processes.
• Financial Process Support: Participate in key financial processes such as annual/quarterly forecasting, capital reviews, labor reviews, or month-end close activities.
• Report Generation: Generate standard financial reports, interpret their findings, and alert appropriate teams to potential issues or variances.
• Presentation Preparation: Assist in developing financial presentations utilizing various formats, displays, charts, graphs, and models for leaders and stakeholders.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor Degree or Associate Degree in a relevant field, preparing for an entry-level professional finance role focused on data analysis and interpretation.
• Experience: 0 years of experience with a Bachelor’s Degree, 2 years of related experience with an Associate’s Degree, or 4 years of related experience with a High School Diploma.
• Skills: Proficient in financial data collection and analysis, financial reporting, data interpretation, variance identification and reconciliation, and investigating financial errors to propose solutions.
