What You’ll Actually Do
• Reporting: Assist in monthly close and core reporting processes.
• Forecasting: Support forecasting and budgeting activities across the organization.
• Analysis: Prepare detailed variance analysis reports and summarize key financial trends.
• Modeling: Maintain and update financial models and key performance indicator (KPI) dashboards.
• Decision Support: Perform ad hoc analyses and data pulls to support management and board decision-making.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Professionals with a background in finance, accounting, advisory/consulting, or banking.
• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in relevant fields, with an eagerness to learn and grow in FP&A.
• Skills: Strong Excel proficiency, high attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Bonus: Internship or professional experience in fintech or startups, exposure to financial modeling or analytics tools, and familiarity with financial statements and KPIs.
