2027 Operations Analyst Program – Summer Analyst (AZ, DE, FL, OH, TX) | JPMorganChase
The Tone:
This is a 9-week Summer Analyst program at JPMorganChase, located in various states including Arizona, Delaware, Florida, Ohio, and Texas. JPMorganChase, one of the oldest financial institutions, offers financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses, and corporate, institutional, and government clients globally. This role is at the core of running the firm efficiently and effectively, delivering essential value for clients. The program aims to assist individuals in building a long-term career in the Operations function and support its continued growth.

• Mission: To assist in building a long-term career in the Operations function and help with its continued growth by identifying process opportunities and delivering core services to the firm and its clients.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Client Lifecycle Management: Assist with the end-to-end management of the client lifecycle, from onboarding through account maintenance, partnering with bankers and other functions.
• Transaction Processing: Process, clear, investigate, and service transactions, tickets, and widgets responsibly, including document review and payment processing.
• Trade and Asset Support: Ensure the accurate execution of investor tickets and trades, following through to the correct settlement systems and communicating with counterparties.
• Data Analytics and Reporting: Support data analytics and reporting for your team and the lines of business you support, including overseeing data management and governance.
• Process Transformation: Identify process gaps to optimize processes in collaboration with Technology teams and implement AI and Machine Learning solutions into Business Operations teams.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Pursuing a B.A., B.S., B.B.A or 5th year M.A. or M.S., with an expected graduation date of December 2027 through June 2028. All majors are considered.
• Experience: Well-rounded academic background with a demonstrated growth mindset and desire to learn financial operations.
• Skills: Strong critical thinking, attention to detail, analytical skills, effective written and verbal communication, ability to manage time and prioritize assignments, and proficiency in MS Office.
• Bonus: Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
