Capital Markets – EMG Equity Derivatives Analyst – Fall 2026 US Graduate Program | Marex

This two-year Graduate Program offers recent graduates hands-on experience, specifically within the Capital Markets EMG Equity Derivatives Department. The Capital Markets EMG Equity Derivatives Analyst plays a critical front-office role, supporting institutional trading and client coverage across equity derivatives products. This position is vital for ensuring accurate trade lifecycle management, maintaining high standards of execution and service, and generating essential market insights that reinforce Marex’s commitment to operational excellence.

• Mission: To support the Equity Derivatives IDB desk by managing trade lifecycle, resolving post-trade issues, and leveraging data to generate trade ideas and identify market opportunities for institutional equity derivatives clients.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Trade Lifecycle Management: Manage trade lifecycle processes for the Equity Derivatives IDB desk, collaborating with middle office teams on clearing, settlement, fee reconciliation, and timely resolution of trade discrepancies across institutional client accounts.
• Product and System Development: Develop a strong understanding of equity derivatives products, internal systems, and workflows, progressing toward sponsorship for required regulatory licenses to enhance functional expertise.
• Market Insight Generation: Build and maintain data analytics to proactively monitor institutional options flow, generating valuable trade ideas and actionable market insights to inform desk strategy.
• Market Opportunity Identification: Assist in mapping addressable markets and identifying client opportunities, leveraging data and product knowledge to support execution, sales, and the overall desk strategy for competitive advantage.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure strict compliance with the company’s regulatory requirements (SEC, FINRA, NFA, CFTC) and internal policies, promptly escalating risk events and upholding the highest standards of integrity and conduct.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field.
• Experience: Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship, including, but not limited to, F-1, J-1, and M-1 visa holders, as well as individuals on CPT or OPT.
• Skills: Analytical and Detail-Oriented (precision, curiosity, problem-solving), Technical and Organizational Skills (applying technology effectively, managing priorities), Collaboration and Communication (teamwork, building consensus, clear articulation).
• Bonus: Genuine interest in one or more of the program’s departmental tracks.
