This role is within the CFO Advisory practice, focused on financial planning & analysis, financial modeling, and strategic finance. The Manager will help clients make informed, forward-looking decisions through structured financial analysis, dynamic modeling, and practical insight. Your work will directly support client objectives across a diverse base ranging from founder-owned businesses to large enterprises.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Model: Lead complex financial modeling engagements, including development of integrated 3-statement models and cash flow analyses.
• Strategize: Translate client objectives into structured analytical approaches, defining key drivers, assumptions, and outputs.
• Evaluate: Evaluate business initiatives and financial alternatives, including capital raises, recapitalizations, and acquisitions.
• Support: Support transaction-related engagements through development of pro forma models and analysis of deal structures.
• Communicate: Communicate findings and recommendations to client stakeholders, participating in meetings with senior management and investors.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field for a Manager-level role in corporate finance advisory.
• Experience: 5+ years of relevant experience in financial advisory, investment banking, transaction services, or corporate FP&A, with advanced proficiency in financial modeling and a strong understanding of financial statements and accounting concepts.
• Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for building, reviewing, and managing complex models; ability to develop clear, client-ready presentations using PowerPoint; strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills; and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a client-service environment.
• Bonus: Professional certifications such as CPA, CFA, CMA, or an MBA are a plus, as is experience supporting transactions, capital structure analysis, or investment evaluation.
