The Tone:
This is a full-time remote role at HighRadius. The company builds financial automation solutions. This position is responsible for leading investment initiatives that support the company’s strategic and financial objectives. The Investment Director will play a critical role in evaluating potential opportunities, conducting in-depth analysis, and developing data-driven investment strategies to ensure optimal capital allocation and contribute to long-term growth.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Lead Investment Initiatives: Lead comprehensive investment initiatives to actively support and achieve HighRadius’s strategic and financial objectives.
• Evaluate & Analyze Opportunities: Evaluate potential investment opportunities by conducting thorough, in-depth financial and market analysis.
• Develop & Present Strategies: Develop data-driven investment strategies, present clear recommendations to executive leadership, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Manage Portfolio & Deals: Structure and manage investment deals, oversee ongoing portfolio performance, and continuously monitor market trends and associated risks.
• Optimize Capital & Processes: Optimize capital allocation, prepare detailed investment memos and models, ensure alignment with regulatory and internal governance standards, and mentor team members while improving investment processes.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field, demonstrating core domain knowledge in investment management principles and finance.
• Experience: A proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing investment portfolios. Extensive experience in developing and executing investment strategies that are aligned with organizational goals and risk tolerance. Demonstrated leadership experience and the ability to work independently in a remote environment while effectively collaborating across various teams and time zones.
• Skills: Strong investment-focused skills, including Investment Management and Investments. Robust Analytical Skills and Finance expertise to interpret complex financial data, build detailed models, and support sound decision-making. Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and market research tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting complex information clearly to senior stakeholders. Sound judgment and a commitment to ethical, compliant investment practices.
• Bonus: An advanced degree or relevant professional certifications, such as a CFA, CPA, or MBA, are considered beneficial.
