What You’ll Actually Do
• Valuation Preparation: Assist with preparing valuations for financial reporting, tax, and management planning purposes.
• Financial Modeling: Build financial models, including discounted cash flow, capitalized earnings, market multiple, and net asset value models.
• Data Analysis: Perform analysis of financial statements, economic data, and industry data.
• Peer Company Analysis: Analyze financial metrics of guideline peer companies and guideline peer transactions.
• Report Generation: Support the preparation of valuation analyses, memos, and reports.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Others. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related business discipline.
• Experience: One to two years of recent valuation experience.
• Skills: Financial modeling, analytical abilities, strong written and verbal communication, organizational and time management.
• Bonus: Exposure to artificial intelligence tools and emerging technologies relevant to valuation.
