What You’ll Actually Do
• Investment Analysis: Prepare and present investment analyses and recommendations to the Investment Committee.
• Transaction Execution: Perform due diligence and execution for both M&A transactions and internal restructuring.
• Document Review: Review and negotiate transaction and other legal documents.
• Opportunity Sourcing: Source and track new investment opportunities.
• Market Research: Conduct primary market research to drive strategy.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Others. Core domain knowledge in fundamental analysis, often gained through relevant coursework.
• Experience: 0-1 years of experience in investment banking, relevant coursework, or internship experience.
• Skills: Fundamental analysis, investment analysis and presentation, due diligence, legal document review and negotiation, primary market research.
• Bonus: Immediate start.
