What You’ll Actually Do
• Financial Modeling: Build detailed financial models that include three-statement models and transaction analyses.
• Valuation Analysis: Perform comprehensive comparable company and precedent transaction analyses to support deal valuations.
• Deal Execution: Support M&A transactions through all phases, from initial analysis to closing and post-deal activities.
• Client Materials: Prepare professional presentations, reports, and various transaction-related materials for clients.
• Research: Conduct in-depth industry, market, and company research to provide critical support for client engagements.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; possessing an understanding of M&A processes, financial modeling, and valuation methodologies.
• Experience: 1–2 years of experience specifically in investment banking, transaction services, or a closely related financial field.
• Skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling; strong analytical skills; keen attention to detail.
• Bonus: Must have strong ties to the Greater Philadelphia area.
