What You’ll Actually Do
• Lead the development of integrated 3-statement models, cash flow models, and scenario analyses to support strategic decision-making.
• Translate client objectives into structured analytical approaches, defining key drivers, assumptions, and outputs.
• Support transaction-related engagements through the development of pro forma models and analysis of deal structures.
• Manage day-to-day engagement execution, including timelines, deliverables, and coordination with internal team members.
• Mentor and develop junior team members, providing guidance on modeling, analysis, and professional development.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field; this is a Manager-level position in Corporate Finance Advisory.
• Experience: 5+ years of relevant experience in financial advisory, investment banking, transaction services, or corporate FP&A. Experience supporting transactions, capital structure analysis, or investment evaluation is preferred.
• Skills: Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, including the ability to build models from first principles. Strong understanding of financial statements and accounting concepts. Ability to build, review, and manage complex models in Microsoft Excel. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Bonus: Professional certifications such as CPA, CFA, CMA, or an MBA are a plus.
