S&T Finance Associate Manager – Global Capabilities | PepsiCo

The Tone:
This is a full-time role at PepsiCo, a global leader driving programs and processes to become an AI and technology-first business. This position is critical within the Strategy and Transformation (S&T) Finance team, which manages all financial aspects of the S&T organization. The role focuses on financial planning for global technology investments, ensuring strategic programs are well-funded and managed to support PepsiCo’s transformation goals.

• Mission: Responsible for financial planning for global Infrastructure, Cloud, and IT Operations investment programs, ensuring budget performance through analytical insights and financial tools.
• Tech Stack: Excel, Tableau, Power BI, Trifacta, SAP, Business Objects, TM1

What You’ll Actually Do
Investment Prioritization: Lead the financial evaluation and prioritization of global Infrastructure, Cloud, and IT Operations Investments.
Financial Planning: Develop the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and lead periodic budget and forecast reviews for approved investments.
Performance Monitoring: Partner with S&T Finance, S&T Functions, and Regions to establish a process for collecting key financial performance metrics, including ongoing costs for newly launched digital products.
Stakeholder Management: Manage senior stakeholders, including I&O leadership, Region leadership, and Finance leadership, fostering open communication pathways across corporate functions.
Ad-hoc Financial Support: Support the overall planning and forecasting process for the I&O team and conduct other ad-hoc finance activities as needed.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree with 5-7 years of progressive responsibility in areas such as Financial Planning and Analysis, evaluating business performance, or Financial Accounting and Control.
• Experience: 5-7 years of experience in financial analysis and modeling using widely used tools.
• Skills: Financial Planning and Analysis, OPEX and CAPEX management, Project Evaluation, Budgeting, Forecasting, Senior Stakeholder Management.
• Bonus: Master’s degree; Digital/IT finance experience.
