Financial (Accounting) Analyst | Intandem
The Tone:
This is a full-time, non-exempt role at Intandem, with a preference for applicants residing in the greater Niagara Falls, NY area. This position is vital for enhancing the productivity of the Finance department. The individual in this role will provide critical financial analysis, support management teams in maximizing revenues and reimbursement, and contribute to the development and utilization of budgets, ensuring sound financial operations.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Accounting Duties: Perform assigned accounting duties to enhance the productivity of Finance teams.
• Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis on operations and advise management teams in the maximization of revenues and reimbursement methodologies.
• Budgeting Support: Assist with the development and utilization of budgets, including gathering revenue and expense projections from programs and assisting in annual budget preparation.
• Financial Reporting: Compile, analyze, and interpret monthly, interim, year-end, and comparative financial information.
• Performance Communication: Prepare and submit reports on current and projected financial status, identify areas of concern, and communicate them appropriately, providing requested financial analyses accurately and timely.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Experience: Functional knowledge of accounting processes is required.
• Skills: Highly developed analytical skills; working knowledge of spreadsheet applications; ability to understand accounting and finance concepts and communicate them effectively to many organizational levels; ability to interpret quantitative and qualitative data; ability to effectively work within tight timeframes and deadlines.
• Bonus: Accounting experience in a not-for-profit environment; residency within the greater Niagara Falls, NY area.
