This is a summer internship at Corpay, located in Buckhead, GA. Corpay is a leading global payments and financial services firm, headquartered in Toronto, ON. The company operates as a global technology organization that develops specialized payment solutions to help businesses control, simplify, and secure expenses such as fuel, general payables, toll, and lodging across over 80 countries. This Corporate Development Intern role offers a hands-on experience for rising juniors and seniors to contribute to critical strategic initiatives within the firm.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Market Research: Conduct research on market trends, industry landscapes, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
• Market Analysis: Support the development of market sizing and segmentation analyses to understand potential growth areas.
• M&A Tracking: Track merger and acquisition activity in relevant industries and maintain a database of comparable transactions.
• Due Diligence Support: Support due diligence efforts by analyzing financial statements, key performance indicators (KPIs), and other performance metrics.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently enrolled as a rising junior or senior in a Bachelor’s or Graduate degree program from an accredited college or university, majoring in Business, Computer Science, Economics, or a related subject.
• Experience: No specific prior work experience is required for this internship role beyond current enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate program.
• Skills: Strong analytical abilities, clear written communication, effective verbal communication, and demonstrated professionalism.
