Operations Project Intern (TikTok LIVE-AMS) – 2026 Start (BS/MS) | TikTok
The Tone:
This is an internship at TikTok, located in Los Angeles, CA. TikTok is the leading global destination for short-form mobile video, with a mission to inspire creativity and bring joy through its innovative product and diverse teams. The TikTok LIVE team’s mission is to work hand-in-hand with LIVE creators, agencies, and partnership organizations to create an environment that brings communities together in real time to create meaningful and interactive connections around the globe. This Operations Project Intern role offers a glimpse into professional real-world experience, allowing students to contribute to impactful short-term projects within TikTok LIVE operations and develop a deeper understanding of career interests within the creator economy.
The TL;DR

• Team: TikTok LIVE Operations, within either LIVE Operations or LIVE Agency Management
• Mission: To support operational tasks and growth strategies for TikTok LIVE’s agency partners, fostering creator success and community interaction in a real-time environment.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process and verify necessary documents for new potential agency partners joining the TikTok LIVE ecosystem.
• Lead Management: Manage the tracking of new leads and meticulously maintain comprehensive databases throughout the entire agency development funnel.
• Agency Communication: Coordinate effective communication with potential new agency leads to nurture relationships and advance partnerships.
• Strategy Execution: Support the execution of TikTok LIVE’s agency growth strategy, including initiatives for recruitment, retention, and creator enablement.
• Operational Support: Manage day-to-day operational tasks with agency points of contact to support and iterate on key business initiatives, and support the execution of in-app and out-of-app campaigns involving agency creators.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Student actively pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree.
• Experience: Demonstrated interest or prior experience in the creator economy, which includes areas like content creation, advertising, e-commerce, brand sponsorships, music, gaming, or live streaming.
• Skills: Strong analytical capabilities and excellent communication skills suitable for interacting with diverse stakeholders. A proactive learning approach with a passion for digital platforms and creator ecosystems. A team-oriented mindset, coupled with detail-focused attention and high accountability in all tasks.
• Bonus: Passion for TikTok, mobile entertainment, and digital culture. Ability to be a creative problem-solver with a strategic mindset. Familiarity with live streaming platforms and current trends.
