• Experience: Demonstrated experience supporting and collaborating effectively with various cross-functional teams within a project or work environment.
• Skills: Robust critical thinking and analytical capabilities to approach complex problems; excellent verbal and written communication skills for clear interaction and documentation; a proactive, self-starting approach characterized by high energy, organizational prowess, discipline, and the ability to work independently.
• Bonus: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant academic field from an accredited university; prior internship or professional work experience, particularly within a fast-paced industry setting; hands-on project involvement gained through university design teams, collegiate competitions, or personal initiatives focused on entrepreneurship or electric aviation.
