The TL;DR

• Pay: $15–$18 hourly

What You’ll Actually Do
• Operational Support: Assist frontline teams with daily tasks across food service, maintenance, cleaning, and cooking functions within various facilities.
• Procedural Adherence: Learn and apply department guidelines, operating procedures, and safety standards while offering constructive feedback.
• Project & Event Assistance: Execute daily assignments, special projects, and provide support for event preparation, setup, and service.
• Administrative Tasks: Support office functions by assisting with inventory management, data entry, filing, reporting, and document updates.
• Role Development: Train in diverse responsibilities related to career concentrations such as food service, culinary, facilities management, or marketing.

• Background: Student. Currently pursuing a college degree.
• Experience: No prior work experience is necessary for this role.
• Skills: Strong interest in pursuing a career in hospitality, food service, facility management, or event management.
