• Mission: This person will build and engage vibrant music-focused communities, fostering meaningful connections within the music community, and contributing to overall strategy development.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Identify & Collaborate: Identify and collaborate with musicians, content creators, and music enthusiasts to expand Gift’s music community.
• Facilitate Events: Facilitate and coordinate community events designed to engage music-focused groups on the platform.
• Create Content: Create engaging and relevant music-related content to stimulate interaction and growth within the community.
• Analyze Metrics: Analyze community metrics and data to enhance growth strategies and improve engagement within music communities.
• Contribute Strategy: Contribute to the overall strategy development for fostering meaningful connections and expanding music communities on Gift.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Others. Knowledge or experience in Music Performance and Music Production; familiarity with the Music Industry, including trends and emerging platforms; and a passion for and understanding of different music genres and communities.
• Experience: Interest in community building and engagement, demonstrated through prior activities or projects.
• Skills: Strong communication, collaboration, and networking skills; ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative in generating ideas.
• Bonus: Experience with social media platforms or digital engagement strategies.
