The Tone:
This is a full-time, temporary internship at isolved, located in Fremont, IN or Dubuque, IA, operating in a hybrid model for a duration of 6 months. isolved is an employee experience leader providing intuitive Human Capital Management (HCM) technology to over five million employees and 145,000 employers. This role is crucial for supporting the enterprise applications, business processes, and technology solutions that enable isolved to deliver its HCM platform, isolved People Cloud, and drive organizational success. This position offers valuable exposure to enterprise systems and cross-functional collaboration.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Support: Provide assistance for enterprise applications and business process initiatives.
• Participate: Engage in Agile team activities, including sprint planning and backlog grooming.
• Document: Assist in creating clear documentation for business and system requirements.
• Maintain: Support the testing, troubleshooting, and ongoing maintenance of enterprise solutions.
• Analyze: Examine data and generate reports to fulfill specific business needs.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Student currently pursuing a degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; Excellent attention to detail and organizational capabilities; Effective written and verbal communication skills; Ability to adapt to changing business needs and manage multiple priorities; Discretion when handling confidential information; Initiative and the desire to own tasks from start to finish.
• Bonus: Foundational knowledge of AI and the ability to apply AI tools for enhanced productivity and decision-making.
