The Tone:

This Office Coordinator role is vital for ensuring the company’s buildings and facilities are well-maintained, safe, and functional, providing essential support for daily operations and visitor management.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Security Management: Secure the building at all times to maintain a safe environment.
• Surveillance Oversight: Monitor cameras to ensure building security and identify any issues.
• Communication Handling: Answer incoming phone calls and forward them to the appropriate individuals.
• Visitor Guidance: Direct traffic and provide assistance to visitors within the premises.
• Visitor Check-in: Utilize the Envoy system to check visitors into and out of the building efficiently.
• Administrative Support: Assist other departments with general administrative tasks as needed.

The Must-Haves
• Background: High school graduate or equivalent.
• Experience: Willingness to be trained in Pasco Guard training for the state of Utah; proficient typing and computer skills; able to operate basic office equipment including a 10-key, calculator, telephone, fax, and copy machines.
• Skills: Excellent oral and written communication; good interpersonal and public relations skills; proficient in Excel and Microsoft; well organized, attentive to detail, and able to work well independently.
• Bonus: Some college or advanced secretarial training preferred.
