What You’ll Actually Do
• Customer Interaction: Promptly and efficiently respond to customer inquiries and concerns face-to-face, ensuring their needs are met.
• Inventory Management: Maintain and stock uniform inventory, organize the room for garment handout, and oversee the ordering and labeling of new garments.
• Product Distribution: Distribute uniforms to customer employees and deliver products to various locations within the customer facility.
• Quality Control: Make independent decisions regarding product quality requirements to maintain high levels of customer service standards.
• Operational Support: Perform minor garment repairs, maintain accurate records of daily transactions, and adhere to all applicable safety programs and procedures.

The Must-Haves
• Background: High School Diploma/GED required.
• Experience: Minimum of one year of customer service experience coupled with office or clerical work experience.
• Skills: Basic knowledge of computers is necessary for daily operations and record keeping.
• Bonus: Professional laundry experience or experience using an ironing press and steaming equipment.
