• Pay: $16.1–$19.6 hourly

• Mission: Provide excellent customer service and maintain a high-quality produce department.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, assisting customers in selection and recommendations of products.
• Department Maintenance: Clean shelves, stock, and properly rotate products in coolers, along with cleaning, trimming, and packaging produce.
• Compliance: Follow all safety procedures and maintain sanitation standards within the department.
• Merchandising: Maintain accurate pricing and clear signage for all produce items.
• Team Support: Contribute to the training and development of personnel as needed.

• Background: No specific education is required. This role is for individuals ready to provide excellent customer service in a retail produce environment.
• Experience: No specific years are required. Preference will be given to applicants with previous experience.
