What You’ll Actually Do
• Office Operations: Support day-to-day office operations, including managing incoming phone calls, scheduling meetings, and meticulously maintaining calendars.
• Document Management: Organize various documents, perform accurate data entry tasks, and prepare basic reports as required.
• Correspondence Handling: Assist with managing correspondence and overseeing email communications efficiently.
• Executive Support: Provide comprehensive clerical support to executives, prepare materials for meetings, and ensure timely follow-up on critical tasks.
• Professional Communication: Maintain clear and professional communication with both internal team members and external contacts, upholding company standards.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Possess an entry-level understanding of administrative support functions and office coordination principles.
• Experience: Demonstrated practical experience with core administrative assistance and clerical skills, including effective document organization and accurate data entry. Proven ability to support executive administrative tasks such as scheduling and follow-up.
• Skills: Exhibit strong administrative assistance and clerical skills, including proficient document organization and accurate data entry. Demonstrate professional phone etiquette and the ability to engage in clear, courteous verbal and written communication. Possess a keen attention to detail, effective time management skills, and the capacity to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a hybrid environment, maintaining reliability, discretion, and confidentiality.
• Bonus: Current student or recent graduate in a related field such as Business, Office Administration, or Communications is strongly preferred.
