As part of the global Jubilant Pharma family, the company manufactures sterile injectable vials, lyophilized products, and allergenic extracts for life-changing medicines worldwide. This role supports the essential work of streamlining and optimizing manufacturing documentation to ensure clarity, usability, and compliance in pharmaceutical production.

The TL;DR
• Role: Internship
• Type: Full-time
• Location: In-person, Spokane, WA
• Pay: $19.18–$25.94 hourly
• Mission: Support the streamlining and optimization of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Batch Production Records (BPRs) to improve document clarity and manufacturing efficiency.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Document Review: Review, update, and format SOPs and BPRs in collaboration with manufacturing subject matter experts.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to simplify workflows, remove redundancies, and improve document flow.
• Standardization: Support the standardization and harmonization of manufacturing documentation across operations.
• Compliance Integration: Incorporate GMP, quality, and data integrity requirements into revised documents.
• Change Management: Assist with document change management processes, including routing, revisions, and version control.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field.
• Experience: None specified for years; a standout preferred qualification is experience with manufacturing environments or regulated industries.
• Skills: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills; ability to work cross-functionally and translate complex processes into clear documentation.
• Bonus: Experience with manufacturing environments or regulated industries.
