What You’ll Actually Do
• Client Relationship Management: Support day-to-day client relationship management and project coordination to ensure client satisfaction and project flow.
• Customer Inquiry Handling: Assist with managing customer inquiries, providing prompt and accurate responses to client needs.
• Order Tracking & Communication: Track orders diligently and ensure accurate, timely communication between clients and internal production teams.
• Data Management: Prepare quotes, update order details, and meticulously maintain client and order records within internal systems.
• Operational Coordination: Follow up on order status to support a smooth customer experience, coordinating with fulfillment and production staff, and gathering feedback to help improve processes.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Current student or recent graduate in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience and interest in account management.
• Experience: Basic proficiency with office and collaboration tools, including email, spreadsheets, and project tracking software, with comfort learning new systems.
• Skills: Strong client service and communication skills to build positive relationships; Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines; Problem-solving skills and attention to detail for reviewing order information and resolving issues.
• Bonus: An interest in custom apparel, merchandise, or branding, and a willingness to learn about screen printing, embroidery, and fulfillment processes.
