The Housing Authority of the City of Austin (HACA), a High Performing Housing Authority, supports over 18,000 Austinites through its comprehensive housing initiatives. HACA owns and operates nearly 1,900 conventional public housing units across 18 developments, spanning high-rise apartments on Lady Bird Lake to community duplexes.
