Jr. Customer Success Analyst (Data Focus) | WebFX

The role is vital for solving client challenges and driving business growth by leveraging data and technical solutions to help mid-size businesses achieve their marketing goals.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Consult with Clients: Communicate directly with assigned clients, providing industry advice and recommendations to help them achieve their goals, and consulting on their technical tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and CRMs.
• Analyze Data and Configure Solutions: Make recommendations and set up data-tracking platforms and functions for clients, and perform quality assurance for a client’s technical solutions.
• Communicate Internally: Consult with WebFX marketers and account managers on client goals and data tracking, and work with the Martech development team to assist in creating client marketing automations and integrations.
• Become an Expert: Develop an expert-level understanding of WebFX’s software product suite and walk clients through the proprietary software solution, RevenueCloudFX.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s Degree in any major, with a GPA of 3.4 or above. This is an entry-level position.
• Experience: Prior work experience in any field (e.g., part-time job, summer job, internship) and customer service experience in any industry.
• Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, analytical and research skills, ability to translate technical information into simple terms, proactive problem-solving, and a commitment to lifelong learning with a love for creative and analytical thinking.
• Bonus: Digital marketing experience, experience in analyzing data and creating reports, familiarity with Excel/Google Suite, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, or CRMs (such as Salesforce, Hubspot, Pipedrive).
