Talent Acquisition Advisor | Ampact
The Tone:
This is a full-time role at Ampact, with the flexibility to work virtually. Ampact drives AmeriCorps member recruitment to meet crucial service goals. This role is essential for attracting and securing mission-aligned candidates, ensuring robust pipelines, and serving as a key advisor to program teams to address recruitment challenges effectively.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Pipeline Management: Develop and execute strategies to build strong candidate pipelines through various channels and partnerships.
• Candidate Journey: Manage the full candidate experience from application through to offer, ensuring professional and timely communication.
• Selection & Placement: Screen applicants for eligibility and program fit, coordinate interviews, and facilitate final placements with program staff.
• Strategic Advisement: Serve as a consultative advisor to regional teams, aligning recruitment strategies with hiring goals and award timelines.
• Process Optimization: Contribute to the continuous improvement of national recruitment strategies, systems, and transparent reporting.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience: At least 1 year in full-cycle, high-volume recruitment or a similar field, with proven ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Skills: Strong written and verbal communication, attention to detail, ability to use recruitment platforms, effective screening and interviewing for entry-level roles, and strong cross-functional collaboration.
• Bonus: Experience building relationships with community-based organizations and educational institutions, and commitment to non-discriminatory hiring practices.
