The Tone:

LetsGetChecked is a global healthcare solutions company that provides tools for managing health from home, encompassing health testing, virtual care, genetic sequencing, and medication delivery. The company manages an end-to-end model including manufacturing, logistics, lab analysis, physician support, and prescription fulfillment. This role is crucial for gaining hands-on experience in a real-world software environment, helping to troubleshoot and resolve key issues within the engineering team.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Log and Data Analysis: Review application logs, system metrics, and operational data to identify patterns, errors, and potential issues.
• Issue Triage & Resolution: Work closely with engineering teams to triage incoming bugs and support tickets, providing initial findings from log analysis.
• Feature Development: Participate in bug fixing and the initial development of new features, contributing to our products and solutions.
• Collaborate and Document: Serve as a key link between Quality Assurance, Operations, and Engineering teams, ensuring seamless communication for issue resolution.
• Documentation: Maintain clear and concise documentation of issues, findings, and resolutions in our knowledge base.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: Entry-level professional looking to gain hands-on experience in a real-world software environment. No specific years of experience required.
• Skills: Natural curiosity and a passion for problem-solving, with a disciplined approach to creating automated tests; a strong desire to build a career in software engineering, with eagerness to learn and adapt to changing requirements; ability to work autonomously to find solutions to complex problems; excellent written and verbal communication skills to explain technical issues to diverse audiences; familiarity with programming languages (e.g., Python, C#, JavaScript) and a basic understanding of software systems.
• Bonus: Experience with Application Observability tools such as Splunk or Datadog; experience with Cloud Platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
