The Tone:
This is an internship at Pure, an in-office role focused on modernizing the trading of rare coins and precious metals. Pure is building a modern marketplace for physical assets, aiming to replace outdated systems with transparency, liquidity, and trust. The company, founded in 2023, is one of the fastest-growing marketplaces in its sector, processing over $50 million in transactions monthly. This role is vital for expanding the marketplace by driving awareness, consideration, conversion, and retention across various marketing channels.

• Mission: This person will help scale Pure’s marketplace by executing and measuring full-funnel marketing initiatives.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Lead campaign execution across marketing channels, spanning awareness, consideration, conversion, and retention.
• Drive audience growth and engagement across social media and community platforms.
• Convert new signups into repeat buyers through email and lifecycle programs.
• Conduct audience, market, and competitive research, translating findings into clear recommendations.
• Measure performance across marketing channels and report on key growth drivers.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently pursuing a degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field, or possess equivalent practical experience.
• Experience: Practical experience working across various marketing channels such as paid, social, email, content, and community.
• Skills: Strong, clear writing ability; fluent and effective use of AI tools; organized, self-directed, and capable of owning projects end-to-end; comfortable learning new tools and analyzing data.
• Bonus: Experience with content, SEO, social, email, or community; experience growing an audience or running a side project; comfort working with marketing and analytics tools; interest in financial markets, collectibles, rare coins, precious metals, or marketplaces.
