Corporate Activations Intern – 2026-27 Season | Worcester Railers HC

The Tone:
This is an internship at Worcester Railers HC, a professional hockey organization based in Worcester, MA. The Railers HC is seeking an intern to support its corporate partnerships department. This role is crucial for ensuring the successful activation and execution of sponsor agreements, directly contributing to fan engagement and the organization’s business relationships during the 2026-27 season. This position offers a valuable opportunity to gain practical experience within a sports organization.

• Mission: Helps with all partner-related activities including activation and execution of contractually obligated sponsorship elements.
• Tech Stack: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet Explorer), Adobe web elements (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)

What You’ll Actually Do
• Coordinate and support Railers HC member and sponsor related events.
• Assist in preparing and setting up all corporate activations before games.
• Facilitate fan engagement for all in-game activations.
• Represent the corporate department at the fan assistance table.
• Aid in the coordination of game day fulfillment and logistics.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Business, Sports Management, Event Management, or a related field.
• Experience: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet Explorer).
• Skills: Strong oral and written communication skills, attention to detail, multi-tasking ability, and comfort working in a deadline-driven environment.
• Bonus: Experience with Adobe web elements (e.g., Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) is strongly preferred, along with an energetic, self-motivated, and professional attitude.
