Job Description

Marketing Intern | Tabflows

The Tone:
This is a paid internship at Tabflows, located in Los Angeles, CA with a hybrid schedule of approximately two days per week on-site, flexible to accommodate your commitments. Tabflows is at the forefront of a movement in American healthcare, building the essential system for doctors who are moving away from the traditional insurance machine to prioritize patient care. Specifically, Tabflows creates a unified, collaborative care system for Direct Primary Care (DPC) clinics, which currently rely on a dozen disparate tools – like Elation for charts, Hint for billing, and Spruce for messaging – causing patient stories to become fragmented. Tabflows brings these narratives back together into one shared place, allowing entire care teams to see patient history, manage follow-ups, and coordinate care across all existing systems. The system also leverages AI to automate busywork, drafting patient replies and catching care gaps. This role is crucial because you will work directly with the founders to build the marketing engine, creating and distributing content that directly communicates the profound value of Tabflows to a real audience of doctors and clinic staff. Your work will be immediately visible, contributing directly to how Tabflows communicates its mission and acquires new customers, ultimately empowering clinics to grow their patient panel without increasing payroll.
