What You’ll Actually Do
• Gather: Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders.
• Analyze: Analyze business data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Report: Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for management.
• Support: Support senior business analysts in requirement analysis and solution design.
• Coordinate: Coordinate with technical teams to ensure business needs are clearly understood.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree (or final-year student) in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, coupled with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience: 0-3 years of experience. Proficiency in MS Excel for formulas, pivot tables, and basic analysis.
• Skills: Basic understanding of data analysis, business metrics, and business processes. Good communication and documentation skills, with a strong willingness to learn and adapt.
• Bonus: Academic projects or internships in Business Analysis or Data Analysis. Exposure to tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio. Basic knowledge of SQL or databases. Understanding of SDLC, Agile, or Scrum methodologies. Knowledge of requirement documentation (BRD, FRD, user stories), or online certifications in Business Analysis or Data Analytics.
