What You’ll Actually Do
• Data Preparation: Collect, clean, and organize data to prepare it for analysis.
• Insight Generation: Identify trends, patterns, and correlations using statistical and analytical tools.
• Reporting & Visualization: Develop insightful dashboards, visualizations, and reports using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Excel.
• Strategic Support: Assist teams in making data-driven decisions by presenting clear and concise insights.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver solutions.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Master’s degree. Candidates must have U.S. work authorization, with support available for eligible H1B candidates and F1/OPT applicants welcome.
• Experience: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and a willingness to learn key data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Skills: Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, excellent communication abilities to effectively present findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and meticulous attention to detail with the capacity to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Bonus: Prior internship or project experience in data analysis or visualization, familiarity with SQL for efficient querying and managing of databases, or knowledge of statistical concepts and tools like Python or R.
