What You’ll Actually Do
• Model Development: Participate in the construction and optimization of long-term user value (LTV) models and other user behavior prediction models.
• Data Mining: Use machine learning, deep learning, and other techniques for data mining, and optimize user portraits and behavior analysis.
• Experimentation: Design A/B tests and other causal inference methods to evaluate model performance and promote its implementation in business scenarios.
• Data Quality: Process and clean massive amounts of data, build high-quality datasets, and improve overall data quality.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with product and data engineering teams to promote the implementation of data-driven decision-making.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in a quantitative field such as mathematics, statistics, economics, or computer science.
• Experience: Previous internship or project experience in business analysis or data-related roles, with demonstrated ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights. Ability to commit to a 12-week summer internship.
• Skills: Familiarity with data processing, analytical methodologies, A/B testing design, and model performance evaluation. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Bonus: Experience in the ads or marketing industry. Familiarity with Excel, SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Power BI, or Think-Cell. Business-level English proficiency with strong verbal and written communication skills.
