• Mission: To ensure efficient leadership operations, effective communication, and smooth execution of marketing department routines and activities for the Global Marketing Leader.
• Tech Stack: Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
What You’ll Actually Do
• Administrative Support: Provide end-to-end administrative support to the Global Marketing Leader, managing calendar, coordinating meetings, arranging travel, and handling expense claims.
• Meeting Preparation & Follow-up: Prepare materials for key leadership meetings and business reviews, including agenda coordination, presentation consolidation, meeting minutes, and action tracking.
• Financial Coordination: Support marketing department expense consolidation and basic monitoring through data collection and coordination with Finance or relevant functions.
• Event & Activity Coordination: Coordinate and arrange team activities, trainings, and workshops, including scheduling, venue booking, agenda coordination, and participant communication.
• Logistics Management: Provide logistics support for department events and internal meetings, covering meeting rooms, materials preparation, and vendor coordination.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree or above; a student pursuing higher education or recent graduate.
• Experience: Prior internship experience in executive assistant, administrative support, or coordination roles is preferred.
• Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities; excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese; proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• Bonus: Experience in a multinational or marketing-related environment.
