In this pivotal phase, the Financial Analyst Intern will play a crucial role by providing precise financial analysis, comprehensive reporting, and actionable insights that foster cost discipline and guide strategic operational decision-making within the manufacturing organization.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Support: Assist with financial planning and analysis for the Manufacturing organization.
• Investigate: Support monthly close activities by performing variance investigations alongside the finance team.
• Analyze: Support workforce planning, including tracking headcount, analyzing labor costs, monitoring overtime, and reconciling hiring plans.
• Track: Help track cost reduction and efficiency initiatives to ensure that savings are measurable.
• Report: Support the capital planning process through spend tracking, reporting, and basic business case analysis, and prepare financial summaries and presentations for internal stakeholders.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Requires a bachelor’s degree either in progress (specifically for a third-year student) or already completed, in fields such as Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
• Experience: Possesses 0-1 years of professional experience within finance, accounting, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), or other analytical functions, including previous internship roles.
• Skills: Demonstrates a foundational understanding of core finance and accounting principles; exhibits strong analytical capabilities with exceptional attention to detail; proficiently manages multiple tasks and adheres to deadlines, especially in an environment of rapid development; skilled in Excel, including advanced functions like pivot tables, lookup functions, and basic financial modeling techniques.
