Data Entry Specialist | Green Key Resources
The Tone:
This is a 3-month contract role with possibility of extension at a technology firm, located in New York City with a hybrid work model (one day onsite, four days remote). This position is crucial for assisting with data processing, supporting the testing and validation of new internal tools, and providing feedback on AI-assisted solutions. The specialist will play a key part in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of data processing workflows, directly contributing to the success of the project.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Support: Assist in the testing and validation of new internal tools through structured data processing workflows.
• Execute: Perform high-volume, repeatable data processing tasks with precision and accuracy within a remote work environment.
• Collaborate: Work with teams to provide structured feedback on AI-assisted tools and participate actively in their testing phases.
• Maintain: Ensure consistent throughput and uphold quality standards across all processed cases and reviewed documents.
• Process: Utilize spreadsheets and document-based workflows effectively to complete assigned tasks, including extracting and validating data accurately.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor of Science (BS) degree required; entry-level position suitable for candidates with 2 years of experience.
• Experience: 2 years of data experience, specifically in data processing or similar high-volume, detail-intensive roles.
• Skills: Proficiency in quickly learning new software tools and internal systems; comfortable working with spreadsheets and document-based workflows; strong written communication skills for flagging issues and providing structured feedback.
• Bonus: A proactive approach to addressing uncertainties and a consistent work schedule to meet throughput targets throughout the engagement.
