What You’ll Actually Do
• Call Management: Answer high call volume professionally, responding to internal and external inquiries.
• Case Resolution: Provide timely customer service by managing and responding to emails and cases.
• Document Processing: Scan, upload, and distribute agency mailings, including withholding orders to ADP.
• Payment Operations: Process a variety of payments including stop payments, direct deposit reversals, and off-cycle payments.
• Verification Services: Complete all employment and wage verification requests while maintaining strict confidentiality for all HR-related items.

The Must-Haves
• Background: High school diploma or GED required. This role is for individuals eager to learn new skills and committed to detail in HR and Payroll operations.
• Experience: Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Skills:

2. Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
