Pittsburgh Riverhounds SC & Pittsburgh Riveters SC

Founded on March 11, 1998, by Paul Heasley, Pittsburgh Riverhounds SC revitalized professional soccer in the city after a 12-year absence, driven by a mission to develop local talent and embody the spirit of Western Pennsylvania. Under the stewardship of owner Tuffy Shallenberger since 2013, the club, based at Highmark Stadium, boasts recent achievements including the 2023 Players’ Shield and the 2025 USL Championship, complemented by a thriving youth academy.
