People & Culture Coordinator | Teachers of Tomorrow

What You’ll Actually Do
HR Operations: Maintain accurate employee records, HR files, and data within HR systems, while responding to employee and manager questions.
Recruiting Coordination: Post job openings, schedule interviews, manage candidate communication, and support pre-employment steps to ensure a smooth candidate experience.
Onboarding & Lifecycle: Coordinate new hire onboarding, including communication, paperwork, and system setup, and assist with offboarding processes.
Process & Compliance: Support HR processes, including documentation, compliance tracking, and audits, and assist with maintaining HR policies and templates.
Engagement & Initiatives: Help coordinate employee engagement activities, internal events, and surveys, supporting People & Culture initiatives and special projects.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-level professional with knowledge of human resources, business, or related administrative practices.
• Experience: 0-2 years of experience in HR, recruiting, or administrative support, including internships.
• Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to manage multiple priorities, professional communication, and comfort working with systems and administrative processes.
• Bonus: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
