HR Generalist | Inter Miami CF

The Tone:

This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of various human resources functions, particularly in supporting the Club’s gameday staffing and general HR administrative needs. The HR Generalist plays a key part in recruitment, onboarding, and employee support, directly contributing to the team’s operational success.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Recruit: Support recruitment efforts for gameday and entry to mid-level positions across the Club.
• Manage: Post job openings, screen resumes, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Onboard: Assist with the offer and onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork, scheduling, orientation, and gameday readiness.
• Comply: Ensure onboarding documentation and compliance requirements are completed accurately and on time.
• Support: Assist with benefits administration, compensation-related processes, and maintain all HR records within systems.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in Human Resources, Business, or Sports Management.
• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in HR, recruiting, onboarding, or related support roles.
• Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills; ability to manage multiple priorities; proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems preferred.
• Bonus: Interest in sports and working in a collaborative team environment.
