What You’ll Actually Do
• Candidate Sourcing: Source and engage candidates within niche Data, Analytics, and Tech markets.
• Lifecycle Management: Manage the full candidate delivery lifecycle from outreach through to placement.
• Candidate Assessment: Screen and assess candidates to evaluate technical experience, motivations, and cultural fit.
• Pipeline Development: Build and maintain strong, high-quality candidate pipelines across key skill sets.
• Client Partnership: Partner with senior consultants and client-facing teams to deliver against active hiring needs.
